Because your satisfaction as a customer is very important to us, we offer free shipping throughout Switzerland.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. From the dispatch date, you can expect your order within 5-14 days, depending on carrier and location availability. To offer you the best prices and the newest products, we source and ship our goods from all over the world.
TOOLIT endeavours to keep delivery times short. However, any delivery times stated in the order confirmation are non-binding. TOOLIT is also entitled to make partial deliveries so that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
If the delivery cannot be made or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, TOOLIT may terminate the contract after notifying the customer by email and observing a reasonable grace period and invoice the costs for the effort.
The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately after receipt of the delivery and to report any defects for which TOOLIT provides a guarantee immediately in writing by email to the address in the imprint or via the contact form.
Returns to TOOLIT are at the customer's expense and risk. The customer must send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and together with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects to the address provided by TOOLIT via email.
If TOOLIT's inspection reveals that the goods do not have any detectable defects or that they are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, TOOLIT may charge the customer for the costs of returning the goods or any disposal.
