How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. From the shipping date, you can expect your order within 5-14 days, depending on carrier and location availability. To offer you the best prices and the newest products, we ship our products directly from the manufacturer in Asia.
What if I am not satisfied with a product?
If there is something wrong with your product (item defective or damaged, wrong item or wrong item variant delivered), our support team will be happy to take care of your issue. Defective goods must be reported within 14 days. Do I have to pay customs fees?
